Long-form streams, cut into shorts worth stopping for.

Redline Adapt edits raw streams and VODs into vertical, platform-ready clips: sourced, cut, captioned and delivered on the creator's schedule, not the algorithm's.

What we do

Three ways we work with creators

Each engagement starts small, with a single VOD or a trial batch, and scales once the cut fits your channel.

01

Short-form clipping

Full streams and VODs cut down to 15-90 second clips: reframed to 9:16, burned-in captions, hook trimmed to the first 3 seconds, exported per platform. This is the core of the studio today.

02

Channel & account management

For creators who'd rather hand off posting entirely, we run the clip accounts directly: upload schedule, captions, growth, so the channel keeps moving without them touching it.

03

Highlight sourcing

Full watch-throughs logged by timestamp, covering reactions, punchlines and chat spikes, with the reasoning behind each cut noted for review before editing starts.

Faster sourcing, in the works
How a batch runs

From raw footage to posted clip

Day 0

Source

You send the VOD link or raw file, plus any moments you already know you want covered.

Day 0-1

Review & log

Full watch-through. High-retention moments are timestamped and shortlisted against the channel's usual performers.

Day 1-2

Cut & caption

Shortlisted moments are trimmed, reframed for vertical, captioned, and formatted per target platform.

Day 2-3

Deliver

Finished files handed back for your review and posting, so you keep control of what goes live and when.

About the studio

Founder-run, built around one channel at a time

Redline Adapt is a UK-based media studio, currently onboarding its first creator partnerships. It's run by one person, which means every clip that goes out has been personally reviewed against the source footage, with no outsourced editing and no queue.

The studio is starting with short-form clipping for streamers and YouTubers, that's the whole focus today. A faster way to shortlist highlights from a full VOD is already in the works behind the scenes, but for now every clip is sourced and reviewed by hand.

Once a steady clipping workload is established, Redline Adapt plans to formalise as a registered UK company.
